Yes. Samples are available for almost every item. Normal samples are ready in 3-5 days; custom-made samples take 5-7 days. The sample fee is refundable against your bulk order.

Absolutely. Send us a Pantone number, a color swatch or even a dried flower sample, and we will dye-match it. Color tolerance is normally within 3% and we always send a color card for your confirmation before mass production.

We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, Western Union and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Our standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. For orders above US$30,000 we can discuss L/C at sight.

Stock items: 7-10 days. Regular production: 15-25 days after deposit and sample approval. Peak season (August to November) may take 25-35 days, so we recommend booking your order early.

Sea freight (FCL and LCL) for bulk orders, air freight for urgent orders, and express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT) for samples and small shipments. We can quote FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP and DDU. We work with your forwarder or recommend reliable ones.

Yes. We provide Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (CO / Form A / Form E), and test reports such as REACH, EN71 and fire-retardant certificates when required.

Fire-retardant treatment is available on request for most silk and fabric flowers, and we can provide the test report. Please mention this requirement when you send your inquiry, as it affects price and lead time.

Yes. We can print your logo on hang tags, labels, polybags, gift boxes, display trays and cartons. Send us the artwork in AI or PDF format and we will make a mock-up for your approval.

Please contact us within 15 days of receiving the goods with photos and the carton numbers. After verification we will replace the defective items in your next order or issue a credit note. Our 12-person QC team inspects every order three times before shipment to keep this from happening.
